Statistical analyses The Wilcoxon rank-sum test was used to compare number of challenges until infection between each MAb groups and control; these comparisons were considered primary and were compared to a Bonferroni-adjusted alpha of .05/4=.0125 to determine significance. Comparisons between antibodies were considered secondary and are not adjusted for multiple comparisons. Finally, probit models were used to model the probability of infection at each challenge as a function of concurrent antibody concentration.
